In parallel with the exhibition dedicated to Andrea Branzi, the Musée des impressionnismes Giverny presents "Collections in the Garden"” a selection of works from its own collection centered on the theme of gardens—a subject that reveals the enduring influence of Claude Monet throughout the 20th century, from Pierre Bonnard to Joan Mitchell.

Located in Normandy, just an hour from Paris and Rouen, in a remarkable setting where art and nature meet, the Musée des impressionnismes Giverny is dedicated to the history of Impressionism, from its origins to contemporary art.
Since its opening in 2009, the museum has aimed to present thematic or monographic exhibitions linked to Impressionism in the broadest sense and its various developments. It seeks to highlight Impressionism’s influence on modern and contemporary art.
At the same time, it has been building a collection focused on Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, and their legacies, thanks to the generosity of major donors.
