As part of Fiesta, the 7th theme-based Lille3000 festival, the Centre Pompidou is taking over the Tripostal, a hub of cultural experimentation designed to mirror its counterpart in Paris. A dazzling and fun-filled distillation of the Centre Pompidou's utopian dream is on the agenda.

The exhibition ‘Pom Pom Pidou’ occupies all three levels of the Tripostal. ‘An astounding account of modern art’ draws on the collection and masterpieces of the Centre Pompidou to tell a stunning story of modern and contemporary art which shows that, from the 20th century to the present day and from the Avant-Garde to new technology, the world of creativity has constantly been turned upside down and shaken up in every sense, and has been characterised by both progress and disruption.
The exhibition's timeline is punctuated by contemporary cross-references and interdisciplinary dialogues (design, architecture, comic strips).
