Dans le service psychiatrique d'une clinique au Japon s'entremêlent les vies des médecins, du personnel soignant, des bénévoles et surtout des patients, qui doivent faire face à de nombreux problèmes : pauvreté, tendances suicidaires, sentiment de honte et souvent, peur de la société en général.

The complex world of an outpatient mental health clinic in Japan, with its criss-crossing of patients, doctors, staff , volunteers, and home-helpers, people coping with suicidal tendencies, poverty, a sense of shame, apprehension and fear of society.
