"I went to find him in Quincy. It was the week before Christmas." Tilda Swinton proposes more than a portrait of her friend and accomplice; everyday situations alternate with conversations on shared concerns, and listening becomes the mainstay of the film.

The screening of the short film, Ways of Listening, will be followed by a discussion with John Berger - an opportunity for him to talk about his art of storytelling with his companions: the photographer Jean Mohr and the filmmaker Timothy Neat.
