Documentaire fragmenté, malicieux et anarchique, sur le procès qui a opposé Negativland (groupe de performers), au groupe pop U2 et à son producteur, Island Record. Negativland avait "samplé" et mixé une chanson de U2 et avait sorti un disque, dont la pochette représentait l'avion espion U2.
