The reading of a speech given by Himmler on 4th October 1943 in front of 92 SS generals. Grounded in the meticulous reconstruction of a document well-known for its role in the Nuremberg trial, the dispositif reveals the breadth of the Nazi project-the extent of its murderous goals and "managerial" planning, to reflect upon the present through past words.
