Originally from Leipzig with Nigerian and French roots, Yetundey came into contact with hip-hop when very young, initially through dance. She now lives in Berlin and explores all fields of creativity: singing, musical production and video.
In 2018, she released her first EP, See No Evil, in a completely independent manner, and presents herself as positive and militant. As a woman who always strives to transmit positive messages, she doesn't hesitate to present herself in an ironic manner in order to highlight and break stereotypes. She changed register with the release of her second album in 2020, dealing with dark and uncomfortable subjects inspired by deep experiences in her past.
Promoted by signing with the entirely female 365XX hip-hop label, Yetundey entered a new phase, combining powerful rhythms and a new sound between electro-pop and trap.
