"What interests me is not creating a form or defining materials, but changing the most fundamental elements of architecture. What is a column? What is a slab? How do they connect?" (Kerez)
The envelope is an aluminium cube pierced by a series of narrow openings. The simplicity of this shape contrasts with the inside layout, defined by a forest of metal pillars that support the structure but also define the space in a random way. Their layout was designed using a computer and evokes a game of Mikado.
