ln 1968, former Situationist Asger Jorn made four lithograph posters in reaction to the May events, which he observed from a distance and with interest.

Printed in Peter Bramsen's lithography studio in Paris, the posters supported the student struggle while featuring ironic statements containing deliberate mistakes that parodied the movement's slogans. For example, "Imagination in power" is replaced by "No power of imagination without powerful images".
